    4K/4R – HIGH PERFORMANCE MAINTENANCE FREE EXTENDED SWIVEL LEAD SERIES – 2,500LB Swivel device has a combination of Ball Thrust Ball Bearings and Tapered Roller Bearings for maximum performance • Tapered Roller Bearings in the upper raceway to handle axial loads while operating at high speeds • Ball Thrust Ball Bearings in the lower raceway to handle combined heavy radial and thrust loads • Extended swivel radius reduces the effort to start and swivel by half the force • 3/8" thick top plate with legs formed from 5/16" steel • Designed for Ultimate solution of traditional casters to prevent the kingpin from being loosened by lateral force

Durable Superior Casters® products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for different periods of time from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misapplication, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or lack of regular lubrication maintenance. Any product that is claimed to be defective and is returned to any one of Durable Superior Casters® warehouses with prior approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Durable Superior is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. Three-Year Warranty: We offer a three year limited warranty on complete casters only; assembled and shipped by us in the following series: 45/46, 47/48, 49/50, 57/58, 61/62, 63/64, 65/66, D1/R1, D2/R2, D3/R3, and D4/R4 with Forged Steel, Ductile, Ultra-Poly, ErgoLastomer, Solid Steel, Solid Steel V-Groove, Champion and PolyFlexon wheels, equipped with either precision ball bearings or tapered bearings. Warranty does not apply on any hybrid casters using a combination of Durable Superior Casters® parts with any other manufacturer’s parts. General Warranty: All Durable Superior Casters® products not mentioned above are covered with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Durable’s engineering department has been building a library of 3D models and 2D drawings for our customer’s use.
